STEP 1:

password in the fields.

• Your password is your Apex Account Number, which is located in the top left corner of any letter you have received from us.
• Click the ENTER button.
• You can also obtain your Apex account number by calling our office at 866-876-2739.

Enter your Account Name, the payment amount and select your form of payment from the drop-down menu. Click ENTER.

STEP 3:
Enter the information required for your selected form of payment. Click on AGREE to submit your payment.
