Personal information we receive on forms, applications, through the telephone or over the internet may be used at Apex Financial Management to collect debt. Apex Financial Management will collect information such as name, address, social security number, assets, income and payment history. Apex Financial Management will also retain information from phone transactions and transactions with, its affiliates and other sources. Those other sources include consumer reporting agencies.

Apex Financial Management may disclose all or part of the information that it collects, (subject to applicable law). Disclosure may be made to organizations assisting Apex Financial Management in collecting debt, financial and non-financial service providers, payment processing companies and others handling the materials while assisting Apex Financial Management in its debt collection. Information may also be shared with certain government agencies in response to subpoenas and regulatory requirements. Apex Financial Management will disclose information to consumer reporting agencies as permitted by law. Apex Financial Management may disclose information to companies engaged in marketing for Apex Financial Management or other organizations operating in a joint marketing effort with Apex Financial Management.

To request that Apex Financial Management not disclose non-public personal information about you, you may “opt out” of certain disclosures. Apex Financial Management will not disclose non-public personal information as requested, (except those disclosures permitted by law after such a request is received). Include your name, address, telephone number social security number and account or reference number. Please note: Apex Financial Management applies “opt outs” at the account level, not to the individual debtor. Should the account holder “opt out”, the entire account, including the joint account holder, co-applicant or other authorized user of the account will also be subject to the “opt out” request.

We restrict access to non-public personal information to those employees needing that information to service the account. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Other privacy protection may exist under state law.
